Oh is that normal? When is your first scan? No weird symptoms and don't intend to symptom spot too. Shall just try to take things easy and don't overthink.

I'm most likely 1DPO today. Normally my temp will drop 1 day before although it has happened that the temp only drops on the day of AF. So how are u now?

I don't take my temp a few times. Coz it's supposed to be the 1st temp before getting out of bed. So u should key in the very 1st one that u took when u woke up.

So did u continue to get your temp rise today? Ya most likely yesterday was 1 dpo. Maybe u ovulated on Tues? I read on other forums some people also like that. Temp rise only 1 day later.

Think it depends on when u actually O after the LH peak. Could be up to 36 hours from the peak I read. Ya guess different TCM will recommend different things. Also depends on your body constitution. Coz u might not really have a "cold" type of body. Like I read those with bbt consistently...

Normally LP won't really shift. At most +/- 1 day. I scared if become too short then will become a LP defect as won't have enough time to implant although 12 days still ok. U mean 0.02 degrees? Coz 0.2 can still see the difference.

Haha u know I use normal thermometer but mine does show a shift in temp. AF here today... Not sure why my LP suddenly became 12 days from 14 days though.
