I did bought a doppler to use at home. Pretty good and able to detect baby heartbeat quite fast. And also can hear my placenta too. I'm now 22 weeks and I only start to feel daily movement of my baby from week 20.

My gynae say materna milk not necessary. We can drink those type of HL milk from super market which is sufficient.
