kite, my own thinking...sometimes, homemade food may not be as good coz depend on the way you cook, may spoil all the nutrients...at least those ready ones in the market, sure have the stated nutrients.....esp those with added iron

tinklebell, you also stop bf? thought u wanna do as long as possible? for FM, should use up within 3-4 weeks, not good to keep too long....in fact, if your baby is on total FM, will sure finish within 2-3 weeks I'm giving my son enfalac and will switch to enfapro next week...

serene, think you got to try on your baby then see how loh...currently, my son is having 6 scoop of rice cereal, but for FM, using the same scoop, he's only taking 5 scoop....
