    Hi Coral I did the traditional massage. Didn't think of it at first but did it after consulting some pp. It was about 3 or 4 weeks after the natural delivery then. It was suppose to help put the uterus back in place and help in future conception. Dunno how true but worth trying I guess...

    Coral, I was in a bad state, in ICU then, and they had to stop the medication to reduce contraction to save me...We have to let our babies go....it was a very painful decision. My hubby was more worried about losing me....your hubby would too! Be strong. Take care. We'll all be here! Hugs..
