I think what’s most important is egg quality? I’ve tried tcm for 2years but didn’t see much improvements. I’ve read from ladies in IVF group We can take supplements to help in egg quality. I also undergo fertility massage and manage to conceive (finger cross) after TTC 3 years and 2x MC.

It could also be due to the infrequent of taking pills? Like taking double dosage to cover the missed days? It may affect our hormones level
