i was telling my friends that i might want to try for a 2016 or 2017 baby and one of them advised me to take folic acid while trying. can anyone advise how can folic acid help? tia!

actually this is pretty common.. dont worry :) i seen it with a lot of my female colleagues. its always the case coz u will have to be the strict one but ur MIL or ur own mother would be the generous and sweet grandmother. no worries!

at least spend the first 1 hour there chatting or eating? then if too tired, ask him go home together sleep also sleep better
