Hi mummies, just wanted to ask if anyone here has a trusted spine doctor to recommend. I’ve been having some back pain for a while now and thinking it’s time to get it checked properly. I know this is not really the usual mums topic but hoping someone here has experience with a spine doctor or knows someone they can recommend. Would really appreciate it

My husband also had a slipped disc and went to Dr Colum Nolan, a spine specialist in Singapore. He eventually had a discectomy, and thankfully the surgery went well. Afterwards, he focused on his recovery and followed the doctor’s advice throughout the process. I hope your case isn’t anything serious, but I thought I’d share his experience in case it helps you consider getting it checked. Hope you’re doing alright!
