Actually when u trf 3 and bfp with 1, what happens to the other 2? Cos usually it passes out as blood if it's bfn But since one implanted, then what happens to the rest?

My gynae did tell me my placenta is a bit Low and could be why it's causing the spotting But he says it should correct itself later part of the pregnancy If placenta doesn't correct, does it mean I need to be bedridden throughout my pregnancy ?
