The lastest update is we will be having a mediation on the 21 aug again. My ex breached the DEO & went to damage everything in the house. Just made a report & not sure whats gonna happen. Hes now saying return the flat back to HDB. Can I know if I can approach hdb to enquire on the costs...

He can come out with his own story. before filing for PPO, u must have substantial amt of evidence against him to protect yourself & show the court that your life is in danger. Once you have the PPO granted, it would be an advantage to ur divorce.

Did consult a doctor fr ur injuries? Any reports being made? Even if he has a lawyer to go on trial, the judge will based on facts. You can self represent yourself.

Stay positive. Im also unsure of my ex motive. He just shifted into out matrimonial flat claiming he was chased out by his family. Hopefully within this 3 mths, i can sort the flat and maintenance. Just moving forward. Lately a number of calefares entrance in my life. lol waste time.
