don worry abt it, just rest when u need to. tat's impt. our diet is very impt. not enuf food = no energy so eat well ok? freq meals, no skipping of meals. i had no choice so i ate lunch late. cos my colleagues donno i m preggy.

so bloated now, just ate my lunch.. can u believe it? was so hungry i wanna faint n puke liao, but ate a pack of cheese fries, now cannot even drink water anymore...
