HAHA! it is indeed early. I don't think I can even stand for 30 mins with the current lethargy and nausea.

I just took one duphaston to "confirm" my side effects. Really spoilt my evening - nauseas n tired and no moood. Will see gynae this thurs and ask him if i can stop. ECYM, where r u going for trip? I heard birdnest is best eaten in 2nd n 3rd trimester. Anything in 1st trimester is a "waste"...
