Having skin allergies after using anti stretch mark cream

I suddenly have itchy rashes after 1 mth using Biolane anti stretch mark cream...on my breasts, tummy, hips and thighs...I guess I have skin allergy to the cream...went to GP and they prescribed me with a cream called Betasone for the itch and rashes...may I know if it's safe to apply this cream when pregnant? The GP said as long as I apply thinly and not for a prolonged period, it's fine...but I'm still worried! Pls help! Thanks!

Hi, it is safe to apply the cream so you don't have to worry much about that. Maybe because you are first timer user, your skin is still getting used to the cream itself. Subsequent apply will ease the skin itch and rashes that is happening. Moreover, is GP prescribed therefore, I think it is safe!
