Able to use CDA/Baby Bonus card to pay for delivery fees?

Hi,

I am expecting baby #2 in november and was wondering if it's possible to pay the hospital fees via baby bonus card?

Meaning I use my #1 baby bonus card to pay for it?

So if I'm expected to pay about $5k after medisave deduction, I just top up about $3k in her card about a month in advance just so gov can top up the other half in time.

I remember reading about this somewhere long time ago and I'm not sure how it works?
