Hi luckymummy11, thanks. I suspect it could be thrush too but I don't have any symptoms. No cracked nipples nothing. But anyhows, I'm going to get an LC to come in and help me.
Hi Angeliqueous, the epi pain depends. Did you have a lot of stitches? If so, then it's quite reasonable to continue to have discomfort BUT you could be having a skin reaction from the thread. I had that with no. 1 and 2 and after one week of delivery, I was due for a checkup with the gynae and he had to remove some stitches for me. Apparently, the skin was having a reaction and the stitches also could not dissolve. With no. 3, I had only one stitch, no skin reaction and by day 4, I was completely healed. Piles... Sigh... Unfortunately, that really hurts. I had that too. The good news is, it will slowly go away. Just make sure you eat loads of fruits and veges so that you don't aggravate the piles problem. My piles subsided during week 2.
