Hi Poseidon gal, so did you have any issue after saving the left over for the next feed ? i kiasi, always pour away but amount is small like 10-20ml cos always make sure baby finish before a 2 hour time frame.

 
Hi, I am an Oct mum and I am giving away my EBM because I have too many (almost three freezers full). Oldest milk is 22 December. I don't smoke, don't drink and not on meds except pre-natal vitamins and fish oil. My pumps, bottles and storage bags are BPA free and I sterilize my pumps before use. I live in the East. Heard that it is better if you baby is around my baby's age because as you know, the milk changes depending on the needs of the baby. Any takers, please PM me.

 
Alt.. so far so gd... No issue.. I put the left over feed back in fridge then mixed with next feed.. of coz next feed.. if suay next feed also got left over.. I don't keep it already

 
for the past 3 days my 2 month old baby started to cry very loud no wet diaper and not wanting to be fed both on breast / bottle. I ended up try put her to sleep. Today she has not been fed for 5 hours, is it normal??

Hi poseidon_gal, do you have a bottle warmer for your BM? It's better if you keep it warm and mix with pre-warmed BM for next feed. If there's still leftover, throw it away. What I used to do (I'm no longer breastfeeding) is to split my BM into smaller portions before i put in the fridge so that I can ensure (as much as I can) that it's not wasted if my baby doesn't finish.

Hi Shirley, is your baby crying and pulling her legs towards her tummy? If yes, could be colic.



Sleeping longer hours is okay as long as baby is feeding normally. My baby (Nov 2011 baby) can sleep for 4-5 hours at a stretch in the day and 12 hours or more throughout the night but she's growing healthily and putting on weight normally as well as pooping and wetting her diapers so I'm not worried.

I have about 80 milk bottles (Safe & Non toxic - BPA free and Phthalates Free). Mostly used only 2-5 times because of the huge number I have for milk storage in the freezer - so there's still a lot of life left for these bottles.

i stay in punggol. we can meet up somewhere for a playdate. but i'm usually available around 11-2 only as i have to come home to fetch my eldest when her school bus arrives.

Thanks for responding! 11am is perfect for us but I've no clue where in SK or Punggol we can bring our babies to. Do you know of any place? I used to bring my older boy to Bishan Library when he was younger. It's not exactly a play area but it is a big space with books and carpeted flooring.

hehe.. i don't know also. i think nothing much at compasspoint except for the library there but i think our bubs are still to young to go there. punggol definitely nothing. is there anything to do at rivervalle mall?

Hi Joanne, I am not sure about rivervale mall. Actually I think that the library will be nice for the babies. It's aircon and carpeted and it's ok to make a little noise in the children's section.

Or we can try the rooftop playground at serangoon nex. Is that too far for you?
