cloudme

as mummies, i hate it when sweets are being distributed as goody bags during birthday parties. We don't even allow our own kids to eat sweets, how can we distribute them? If u wanna include goody bags, give things other than sweets bah.
 


cloudme, like mashy, I dislike sweets in goodie bags leh cos too much sweets may cause teeth problems... when the kids bring it home, I will chuck them immediately. Mb biscuits or stickers would be better?

mashy, serene is already dictating to me what goodie bag she wants to give out for her birthday this year!!

wow! haha, C is still very oblivious to such things. I think when we celebrated his birthday, it was a surprise to him too. hahaha. I dun think he even knew when his birthday is. Did u ask her or she just told u out of the blue?
 
mashy, then at least he won't make demands lah, so its better they be unaware for longer. S didn't make any request for last year's birthday but these 2 months, she's like suddenly more grownup. What happened was that we were reading a book about a birthday party, and there were pictures of goody bags for the illustration. So she told me that she would like to give out presents to all her friends for her birthday this year (on top of having a the strawberry shortcake cake). So I asked her what she wants inside the goody bag. She said let me think about it. After 2 mins, then she said stickers ha ha ha.

i remember the other time pris or someone mentioned abt the food to give or avoid when baby having constipation or diarrhoea. it's BRAT- banana, rice, applesauce, toast. & there's one more acronym is wat ah? i forgot liao.

Do buy bigger size swimming diaper for your babies, i bought size M(6mth to 2 year) for my boy even though he only 6mths. Do not buy exact size bcos swimming diaper not easy to wear and material not stretchy. its good to ask for size chart.

zac has been down with sore throat for the last 4 weeks, sometimes his voice gets better sometimes it gets worse - not sure what can be done.

going to see the ENT specialist on Tue, hoping it's nothing serious and no permanent damage, otherwise he will have a mickey mouse voice for good

After some calculation, the swim diaper will cost us about S$9.30 with normal mail from me to you.

16 swim diapers = ($25/3)* 16 = $133.34

Since all post to my place = 5 x $1.50 = $7.50 save for the seller (will ask for discount around this range)

Per place postage = $1.50 (roughly will be this price)

15 different places = $22.50

Total: $133.34 - $7.50 + $22.5 = $148.34
Each person: $9.27

getting rid of ants.. wat i have done b4 is chop some galic and place it in those plastic wrap and poke some hole on it and place it near to the 'home' that e ants are going... if not u can also try COMBAT ANT KILLER can be brought at NTUC or any supermarket.. i use these 2 ways and its work..>

I only use magic clean wipes on the floor BUT somehow, the house gets dusty again. Recently wind so strong that my floor is filled with fine sand! (staying in Sengkang)

says if bb poo poo on the swim diaper, does the swim diaper prevents it from leaking the pootpoot?
