    Little Devil, There are a few kind of wrist guards.. the one I bought has a metal plate cant recall how much it was cos it was more than 2 yrs ago that I had the problem ... moved to my new place and dont know where I place it.. will check out Guardian Pharmacy tmr let. u know.
