i started jamu 7 days after natural birth for 5-7 sessions they will wrap your tummy in a binder and it is highly recommended to keep it on as long as possible >7hrs... so if u can tahan then better for you to lose your tummy and yes also brestfeed/ express bm... went back to pre-pragnancy...

I've used domperidone upon recommendation from my gf as after 10days the breastmilk still doesnt come. so i suggested to my gynae and she prescribe it for me, the 2nd day the BM all came....no turning back for my 2nd kid, i just ask the doc to prescribe and i took it on the 3rd day ;)

hi just giving my feedback after attending the course for 6 mths my girl does enjoy the class, she is 23mths now and looks forward to attending the class. been quite lazy so hardly do any dots/ image training just the worksheets given by shicida she can occasionally get the flash memory...

i started on nestle brown rice cereal when my girl is at least 3 mths old so mix abt 2-3 scoops of brown rice with 120ml of milk it helps to get her to sleep longer and not wake up due to hunger ;)
