Hi,

I have a preloved Sylvanian City House with lights. Comes with all the accessories as shown on the box in the 1st pic. Very good condition as played less than 5 times only. And a BNIB extension house (see pics 2-4 how it can be configured to join to city house or on it's own. House only for this). Looking to sell as a complete set only. $135.00 for all. Price firm.
