WTA: Any preggers wear slimming socks to sleep?

Just would like to ask, how many mummies here wear those slimming socks OR slimming arms to sleep? Is it safe or advisable to wear when we are preggy?

I cant stand my flabby arms, intend to buy but scare of any side effects?
