Recommendation for Gynae (C-sect delivery)

Hi experience mums and dads, im a new mum here, current 18 weeks. im now under subsidized in kkh and would like to change to private. it will be helpful if you can help with the below question:
1. Recommend a good gynae in kkh (im planning to do c-sect)
2. when should i switch to private? shld i switch now or wait till beginning of third trimester?
3. how to switch to private? do i just go to kkh lvl 1 admission to tell them i want to switch?
