Anyone can share with me about the natural birth am getting worry not sure can hold the pain? I hear that's epidural delivery and it may have side effect. So is there any other matter to relief the pain?

Natural birth means without any medical intervention ie. totally drug free, not even epidural. You can look into hypnobirthing if you intend to go for natural birth. There are different places in Singapore offering hypnobirthing classes.

Talk to your doctor, he/she will advise you various methods of pain relief during labour

Dun worry mummy.. wen ure in labor pain u wont even care abt e pain at all.. the important thng dat r in ur mind, is to let ur bby out, n see e world safely n healthy..
Concentrate on ur breathing technique... as for all my 4 birth i jus used e "LAUGHING GAS"... its safe bt u mus nt overtaking it..cos u wont hv e energy to push...

Using epidural, u can't feel contraction so u won't know when to push.

Nt only epidural makes u numb bt its xpensive too n hv side effect.. so jus bear e pain mummy.. breathing is important..

Bt it depends wit individual babe..some of my gfs took nt more den 4hrs den del.. bt some can take 2 days still cnt del.. so it depends too...

Like ppl said walk alot so its easy for u to del.. its nt so true tho..

For 1st time mum to be, if ure abt to del.. jus relax n u shud knw e breathing technique..
Natural birth is betta den c sect.. so b strong!!!!
