Hi Nannies all,
We are a simple young couple who are looking for nanny at any area to take care of my 16 months old girl from March to August 2014.
I am currently 7 months pregnant and am unable to look after her at night. Hoping to find a reliable nanny to take care of her day & night from Sunday night to Friday night.
Price: $900. All other necessities (Playpen, milk powder, pampers etc.) provided. We can only offer that much as our financial are tight due to second baby and flat coming soon. We will be deeply thankful for any kind soul nanny for the help offered.
Also looking for nanny (If possible same nanny) to take care of my second baby boy from August onwards. He will be 3 months old by then.
Interested please sms then call mummy Amy Ching @ 98281371 for more questions and answers.
Thank you! :)

U shd find nanny near ur place, so u do nt hv to travel so far. since ur gal is 16 mths, i suggest u wait 2 more mths and put her in CC, so she learn more, but of coz nite time u hv to take care on ur own. Also, ur price offer for day and night rate I think is below mkt rate for 24 hr nanny care.

Hi. Thank you for the advice but you are not helping in anyway. As stated the reasons for night care and price offered, kindly read and understand before you reply to any post next time. Cheers.

Amy, I hv read and understand where u r coming from. But I was thinking, if u gal go for full day CC, she shld be easier to take care at night, coz she likely "tired out" thus at night she will sleep earlier thus not so taxing on u.

I am a mother of 2 and we hv no maid at home too. My kids are 2 and half years apart. So when I am pregnant with my no. 2, my no. 1 was with nanny during weekdays day, but night we will bring home to take care on our own and on weekends, we are the one taking care of him, and my no. 1 is a boy, so rather active. My gal (no. 2) was born in 2010, at that time my day care nanny charges is already $650, and for nanny care, we hv to bring all diapers and milk powder to them, but they hv their own yaolan and mattress for bb to zz so they likely dun not want playpen all these big items to be put at their house to take up their place. My no. 2 when she was after 12 mths old, she will sleep over at the nanny house for 3 night in the weekday and we pay $900. So nw in 2014, I believe the rate will be higher especially if yours will be 5 nights stayover. Thus, in my view, if u wan to save more $, it is better u put her in CC.

Also, u hv to know that ur gal is nw 16mth old, so her transition period to adapt wif stayover at a new place might be longer and this might stress out the nanny and affect her in taking care of her in the morning. Of coz, I believe this u hv take into consideration.

But did u neglect how ur gal will feel? She might feel nt wanted and love by u as she was 'gif away' to others when her little sibling is arriving and will coz her nt to love her little brother or sister.

For me, I bite the bullet and take care of my boy when I still pregnant wif my gal and after she was born, and it was worthwhile as now both are rather close. O...like I say my gal stay over night at the nanny place after she turn 12 mths, at times, I find her easily insecure and scare we dun bring her home when we go out. See this is the side effect which is why I am writing this to you. Of coz, nw she is better but nt after many times of reassuring her.

;-)
