Looking for a transfer maid urgently

I'm looking for a transfer maid to look after my 9 year old daughter. Young family with small household of 3. Maid must be able to:
1) converse in basic simple English
2) likes children
3) simple cooking

i am looking for a maid to take care of my 16 months son and a up coming baby due in Oct.
Priority will be taking care of toddler and infant- ( Must love kids and be patience)
Simple housework.
Must be able to speak simple english at least.
