Herbal Basics nose spa

Hi, anyone out there tried and can share yr review, pls ?

My son has nose block problem and from recommendation I tried herbal basics. So far done about 10 sessions.. 2x a week for about one mth but not much results. and feeling quite discouraged dun know if shld continue.

The charges are exp ABT $50 per visit and gotta take leave for weekday session.. Hope can get some review from the mummies here...

I also bring my daughter to herbal basics @havelock road for her flu and running nose. Her flu was better after a couple sessions of nose spa and massage. However, the flu comes back a few months later after we stop the treatment.

Yes. Per visit $40plus is quite expensive.

Ya that's what I feel first two weeK's OK, no more nose block after that 3rd week come back then doctot blAME maybe we give wRong foodthat cause the allergy... ;( but can't help identify what food. Ya v exp one week 2 visit about $100

Now, I will ask my parents to bring her there once a month till her insurance coverage got max up. I don feel that their "treatment" can fully cured my girl.

My girl aso went there for couple of treatments, first 2 times can 'see' the effectiveness, subsequently after 3weeks her flu came back. Brought her back 2x but din really improve. So i stopped and brought her to polyclinic n referred to kkh ENT. Now everyday use nasal spray and other medication...i aso at first tot eating too much 'chicken' causes the cough n flu, but seems like its allergy and hopefully will be better as she grows n immune system builds up...
I have friends who swear by it(the herbal nose treatment, n tui na sessions done at havelock), but it took at least 1yr....which i cant really afford either.

生病找医生，健康找自己。Can do massage by ourselves and live a normal routine life. No late nights,have punctual meal time. Need not be eating very good or need supplements or tonics. No cold especially fizzy drinks, tidbits, fast food........

I used to send my girl there for about maybe 6-8 times treatment. It really helps her especially not only clear the blocked and girl can sleep better.

I wished there price can be cheaper for one income family.

Girl was charged S$60 per session.

Wished to go on but.........money is the factor.
