I see... I have a few client who also suffer from depression and one of their family member recommend him to get into running. One of the major key factor to get depression is inactivity. Example would be someone sitting at the sofa and watching TV the whole day. This will lead to depressive state. In addition, other factor may also add into depression. The step to deal with depression is to identify and accept that one have depression and then work on it from there. The second step is to get yourself active in sports. I would recommend to pick up a sport (i.e. running) as it's the fastest and proven way to deal with a depressive disorder. According to medial research, exercise help to ease the symptoms of stress, depression n so on. I know many of us in Singapore are living in the fast pace world where we have to keep upgrading ourself. But one must not forget to exercise. So I highly recommend you to start picking up run.
