Can fix things during pregnancy?

Hi...i m pregnant 2mths. Recently, my hubby got a new fish tank from his friends & they started setting up the fish tank. But i m not around. Is it fine?
However, he still continue to fix some lightings on the tank when i m around today.

Heard from elderly & some friends that no fixing is allowed during pregnancy...now abit worried. Any advice on this beliefs?

Depend on what you want to believe. I helped my hn to setup my helper bed, dismantle storeroom shelves, went to wakes, visited dying relative in hospital during pregnancy...my boys r well n healthy, but I definitely didn't tell e old folks abt some of these things I did

Ok...setting up of the marine fish tank did not cause noise...hubby will just sometimes shift the rocks in the fish tank n settle the filter...

Hi just to check, recently my work place staff nail n knock on a board just next to me. Now I start to worry. Will it affect my preg?

For me, no pandang. I nailed things when I was pregnant.

best to avoid if any renovation even minor works take place as i have an experience that my daughter's nose has one line on her nose & lucky not obvious line (my hubby was fixing curtain one line across)and i was around watching him).

My mum and mother in law advises not to do any renovation / moving furniture etc

i am planning to install new curtain (involved drilling) for my home b4 bb born. if i am not around at home when the workers do the job, is tat ok? i am 6mths pregnant now.
