Hi!

Just got my blood test results and it's super high at 1970 after two weeks! It's my first cycle and I have no frozen embryos. We've only transferred one blastocyst.

We are super excited but also dunno what to expect - could it be twins or something not so good? We have a scan next week but hope to hear some experiences!! Thank you

Congratulations on the positive blood test. My hcg for twin pregnancy was 1700ish. But I have also seen one mummy reported a hcg of 3000 with singleton. You will find out during the scan next week. Take care in the meantime.

Thank you for your reply! Did you find out during the third week scan??

I think it might be a little hard to tell based on hcg. Really will only know during ultrasound. Just to share my experience:

1st pregnancy (singleton) - hcg 1000+
2nd pregnancy (2 heartbeats at first scan but miscarried one later) - hcg 900+
3rd pregnancy (also twins) - hcg 5000+

All the best!!
