Basic chinese tuition for 5 years old boy recommendations pls

I like recommendation for Chinese tutors for 5 years old who doesn't even know colours, animal etc. We are speaking English family.

My budget is 20 an hour. we tried group classes and private tution, the tutor recommended 1.5 hours but my boy find it too long

I would like a reliable and responsible tutor who can build a basic chinese foundation for my son and willing at pay her 20 an hour and I prefer twice a week lesson
