Any mummies took no-pay leave after maternity leave to take care of baby?

Can't bear to leave baby for work after 4 months maternity leave. Is it good to take no-pay leave after that to take care of baby personally? For how long?

Hihi, I took about additional 3 months of unpaid after maternity. No regrets because I get to see my child hit milestone and be so bonded. Went back part time for a while and quit my job to be a stay home mom. Gets frustrated sometimes because lo is so sticky and I wouldn't have any free time. Couldn't get or rely on any one else who can take care as well as I could. Not that I'm the best... But everything I do is for her. If you are a career minded person, my advice is just go out and work but just be prepared to spend lesser time but quality time over weekends.
