Hi, Im 39 years old (my birth date is actually on december). Would like to check if I want to apply the MOH sub fund, 1 of the condition is the IVF need to be done before 40years old. Are they follow our date of birth or year of birth?
Need to plan and financially prepared as I'm going to KKH for my first appointment next week.
