folic acid

Hi, First time mummy here thats why very nervous. Taking omega 3 with Vitamin D3, Folic Acid (800mcg) with Vitamin B-12 and Frisomum milk. Will this be taking too much folic acid? As Frisomum also contains folic acid. Please help >_< Thanks.
