Hi hi, did the doctor say to what degree is the loss? One or both ears? My kiddo is mild loss which means he can hear 40db and above. Doctors did not recommend hearing aids.

He is only 6 months old. So can't really tell. The tests done are Assr and SEP test...don't be so troubled. I went through the same thing as you few months ago only. He is as bubbly as my first born. I think for your case...seems to be less worrying as one ear is already confirm normal

Yes he did. But will be testing again to see any improvements or deterioration. I think if his one ear is fine. The other ear can hear more than 50% ...don't think will need hearing aid. Just need to monitor any speech delays with the speech therapist.
