    btw soeur, according to my gynae, it's okay to exercise, run &amp; swim. in fact, swimming is supposed to be very good. i'm thinking of resuming my jogs, but am also a lil scared. more importantly, i feel so lazy!

    i've been eating all kinda nonsense, fried chicken, laksa, salmon, potato chips, spicy food - u name it. a bit scared to hear that so many food are not wise to be taken. perhaps i shld take a bit more heed. but so tough cuz not cooking at home. hard to eat healthily!
