Hi there, do not hold your pee, try to release every hour. Eat more Protein stuffs to reduce bloatedness. Drink lots of water too baby dust to you!!

The doctor told me it usually goes off by the next menses cycle. Don’t worry too much. It’s better to start on next then having to stop in the mid of the stims. At least for now, you can prep yourself more on your cycle.
