Any mummies tried Similac follow on formula? Does it cause constipation? Some recommend Mamil Gold as it has probiotics. So which one has the most nutrients and won't cause constipation? I know, tall order, hoping some experts here can advise me. ;-)

hi mummies - thank u all for advice on bananas. I have tried papays and prune juice too. Heard prune juice will cause phelgm, so I only give her when she does not poo poo for 3 to 4 days. Just out of curiosity, are there any babies born on 27 Sep? :-)

Corrine / BTMum - I read in many websites for babies' food and found that bananas can cause constipation. Thus, I didn't dare to feed my gal bananas. But I see many mummies feeding their babies bananas in this thread. Conflicting info. Any advice, mummies?:-)

Hi Corrine / Tinyvoice Thanks for sharing. I am still debating whether to get oatmeal cereal or barley cereal first. My gal didn't poo for 2 days again. My dad fed her avocado and sweet potatoes today. Hope it helps. Tmr we'll feed her some papaya. Think really gotta change the cereal.

Goldfishy I once attended a talk by a PD and he said that the whitish discharge is normal. My baby gets it once in a while. If the vagina area is not red, I guess it should be fine. Sometimes it cld also be due to nappy cream stuck in the area, so make sure you clean it properly twice a day.

Hi mummies My bb gal also sucks her lips. She loves to make the chewing motion, sucks part of lips and start to simulate chewing movements. My PD says it's normal, not teething yet but part of the process together with the saliva flow. Strangely, our babies all get cranky at night time...
