I just visited fertility doc 2 weeks ago and was told that my best chance is via IVF at this age. and even so, it is only 5-10% probability. did my hormones and reserves blood tests (low but normal for my age of 45) and HSG (unblocked) already, . Still very undecided on what to do next...

Congrats Mudita! I'm 45 this year, and have two kids who are 10+ and 5+ (conceived naturally when I was early and late 30s). Just wondering if there's any mummy who has any success in TTC naturally for 2nd / 3rd child at this age?
