5 weeks is still too early to see unless your doc does a transvaginal scan. Even at 6weeks, I remember barely seeing edge of the yolk sac on the normal abdominal scan. Anyway, keep me posted after your next appointment!

Hi and congrats! I experienced some slight bleeding (about half a pad) just before my period was due. It seems like implantation bleeding for me. After that on and off there was slight spotting so my gynae put me on duphaston pills. Are you still bleeding after the injection?
