    Dr TC Chang ( Chang Tou Choong) from TMC

    Dr Chang doesn’t have any package and his delivery fee is quite pricey as well. I dont know how much is it for citizen/PR price, but for foreigner, the doctor’s fee start from 6000 for normal delivery excluding pediatrician, epidural, room rate etc.
