Actually I think most of the time, nurses don't really give accurate information. It really depends on your condition. For mine, my doc did tell me there's isn't much difference for one day. But I was using gonal-F tho, so not sure if different brand matters too.

Oh no not false positive. What I meant was if you really missed your period, don't have to wait till morning to test, anytime of the day can test le. But if you r testing before a missed period then morning urine is recommended.

Actually not to give you false hope, but I think after your missed menses, you don't really need morning urine to test. But that is only if your DPO is accurate ah! Oh and I didn't realized you used another stick. It's definitely a positive! Congrats!
