They can, if you don't have them. They would ask regardless. I did not have one of the receipts that they requested, so they asked the clinic to re-print it. It' just another shortcut for them. Anyway, I keep my receipts and even scan them all.

Just pass the receipts to TMC, they will claim for you. No need to self-claim. Directly deduct from bill. Shortcut. Human nature.

I think there is no "best" month. It depends if you will need to travel or foreigner like my son, hence I applied for his passport after one month to be able to apply for LTSVP. Can't really wait too long for my case.

Why not? My boy was born 3.805kg naturally. I have got one colleague her baby was born 4.2kg naturally. My son was around 10kg when he was about 5mo. No issue, even till now my wife still can carry him, but can't be long since we got another small one in her tummy. Personally, I prefer big babies.

Yup, I was referring to the one given by the hospital. So yes, we're referring to the same one. Couldn't even finish the hand sanitiser given by the nursery. Still got 1/2 bottle left at home.

So this is the same as saying that all doctors and nurses doing the wrong thing. Should tell them that they're wrong next time if they ask to apply hand sanitiser. No, it's not for convenient. Washing hands is a must. Hands must still be washed before applying hand sanitiser. That's what I was...

Then might as well don't go hospital since all nurses, doctors use hand sanitiser, they even asked to wash our hands and apply hand sanitiser before touching the baby, otherwise can't touch.

As suggested, ask them to apply hand sanitiser first before touching the baby. You must have a hand sanitiser, since the nursery should give one to you, if not just get one. In fact, even us parents also have to apply hand sanitiser before touching the baby.
