Hi any mummies implemented Tracy Hoggs EASY routine? Is it difficult with all the crying and how many days to see effect? Need to swaddle for 3 month old still?
My bb seems to cry & scream a lot in yao LAN every time we put him inside. He is about two months old. Wonder if yao LAN not suitable for him? But he the cries a lot anyway.
Any mummies can share their experience with yao LAN? Most tell me bb can sleep well in it.
