I read smwhwre also. Apparently the nutrients differs depending on where the tin is manufactured at as each country have different standards for the type of nutrients essential for babies. Like some high in iron..which cn cause baby poop to be green. Thats what i read aje though..i usually take...

I like Nuk's or Pigeon wet wipes..not too soapy or too dry. And the thickness also just nice..bought a carton of Nuk during April babyfair. Forgot the price though. Definitely ada savings since we use wet wipes like everyday.

For me is plain rice with one sayur dish and one meat dish ( i alternate between chicken, meat & fish) but somehow i prefer fish aje during preggy. Haha.

For now kalau u rasa memudaratkan diri to qada' u can bayar fidya. Based on the days u tak puasa. For this upcoming one i can only suggest to eat healthy yet filling food during sahur and iftar. Kalau boleh dont overload takut nanti sakit perut..and hydrate alot walaupun it will means frequent...

Nah im ok with the wait. My first miscarriage i scanned too early and it brought me a great deal of stress cos something was wrong. So when i got preggy with #1 i waited it out till 7 weeks to see my little bean. Gonna do the same for this one..no pain or bleeding for now so i shall remain...

My appt is when im 10 weeks. In the meantime just wait..1st trimester is always the most worrisome one..but it will pass and when u see ur cute bub in the ultrasound and baby bump it will all be worth the wait. :)

Shd be ok..just dont overexert and hydrate urself adequately. In fact exercising is good for our body even during pregnancy. I actually ran on the treadmill cos i didnt knw i was preggers at that time. Haha. Baby came out fine. ☺
