Oh nipple area sounds like a very good sign! I believe cramping is also a pregnancy symptom as I have read from many others. But yes, don't pin hopes too high first. Only time will tell! But wish you lots of luck! :) Keep us posted ya!

I think you should quickly get the HSG test done. Not sure about IUI for late ovulation. But theoretically it should be fine since the patient is required to go in for scan to check follicles size. Other ladies please correct me if I am wrong.
