Hi there, you can get the fenugreek in capsules form. By greenlife. My wife takes 2 capsules 3 times a day. Also, needs to be disciplined in pumping milk every 2 to 3 hours to ensure consistent flow of BM. Hope it helps.... :-)

Cos my wife's gynae is only based in Mount E Orchard. No choice. Have set aside plus minus S$15k for the delivery as my wife most probably will be going for c-sec with epidural and I would like to be there for her, hence single bedder...... so it will cost me my arm and leg...hahahah.... well...

Hi there samira, my wife's gynae is Dr Chia. We started seeing Dr Chia only 2 weeks ago. My wife's quite comfortable with her and she's very patient in explaining 'stuff' to my wife, since this is my wife's first pregnancy and she's about 5 months pregnant. ;-)

Cos the service technician will dismantle the whole air-con for chemical washing and 'installing' them back after the wash and older folks say it's not advisable to 'dismantle' things in the master bedroom.....
