I went polyclinic today. Doc discouraged me to stop bf. Then she told mi pharmacy dun hav the medi...must prescribe n buy outside. Haiz...told me to stop naturally instead of medi.

Bb dun latch properly, very engorged....how to handle? Deprive for slp some more...cant get proper rest....no energy everyday...how to feed?

Anything to increase milk supply besides eating fish? Dunno why bb always cry when latch. Think i have no milk, everytime express both sides...always 30-40ml only...got once hit 60ml after an hr of pumping. Any advice??

It painful when I sit also. That area is swollen...:'( sitting on sofa is worst! SL85, maybe mild contractions...just monitor

I delivered my LO this morning!

Babby, backache plus contraction for me. To me is like mense cramps plus soreness, like shitting feeling. Duno if my interpretation is correct.
