I will sleep very early.. like 8/9+.. Then when I wake to use bathroom or attend to my #1.. I can't go back to sleep until an hour later. If not I will wake up at 4+

Actually with #1 there wasn't much effort... strangely I lost weight in the first 4 months.. maybe that's why. Now at 7w only.. already not eating well bt still putting on weight. My gynae not too bothered with weight gain or loss.. its the nurses who take my weight.. quite irritating. Haha

But I know for sure this won't be the case this round. So must be disciplined..

I put on 8kg.. my baby was full term at 40w and weighed 3.2kg
