I agree with Cindy, spend more time with your baby whenever you can, don't depend on the maid too much. They will be more comfortable with people who always take care of them. my friend have similar case as well, where her 6 months old baby is closer to her granny rather than her mother.

I did both swimming and walking regularly. It does help a lot! It only took me about 3 hours to give birth! Fast and easy =) I would prefer swimming thou, as i wont feel hot under the sun.
