    Is Biotine ointment on nipple safe during breastfeeding?

    I have a bad tear between the fold of nipple and areola, likely due to strong pump suction. Dr prescribed me Biotine ointment to apply. Is it safe during breastfeeding? Though for now i can only pump for the affected breast, can the milk still be given to LO?

    Frozen breast milk for blessing

    I have frozen breast milk to bless.. baby born in July 2016.. each packet abt 80 to 180ml.. freezer for bm lack of storage space.. pls bring own cooler bag.. collection at hougang. Non-smoker and taking fish oil daily.
