Hi all, any idea what to do if blood sugar level is high. Been told by the nurse. Need to take ourself and test our blood sugar everyday 7 times? Anyone have been through and can advise... deeply confused and worried.. Please help!!!

Hi all, anyone can advise. After blood test, result out blood sugar level abit high. Nurse mentioned need to start monitor blood sugar every 7 times a day. Anyone been doing this during pregnancy... who can advise.. I'm super worried and afraid of going through.. Please help...
